Our Process

Analyze

The first stage in approaching a website project is to perform a comprehensive analysis. We will meet with you physically or virtually and listen to what you want and what you need. We will then proceed into a thorough question and answer session to narrow down and verify exactly what you envision to be the final product; this will include covering the management and hosting aspects of your website. Being thorough allows us to look at everything from different perspectives, which often leads to greater possibilities. It is during this time that we will also brainstorm creative ideas to ensure that your target audience will be reached.

Plan

The second stage in our process is to develop a plan. The planning stage is the most important part of the process because it is here that we will construct the foundation of your project. We will also discuss specific elements of the website, such as, color scheme, images, web content, forms, flash elements, web layout, and back-end programming, etc.

Develop

The third stage in the process is to put the plan into action and develop the website. It is critical that we communicate regularly with you (the client) and if necessary schedule additional meetings to ensure that you’re getting exactly what you want. Changes and additions are common in this phase as we fine tune the design and back-end elements of your website.

Deploy

By the fourth stage we will have already tested the compatibility and reliability of your website and we will move forward to the final approval process where you sign off on the completed project. Once this has been fulfilled we will then launch your website. In this phase we may also need to provide training if your website requires a database and reporting features and backend system collaboration.
